Rules And Regulations

Congratulations to all the student teams selected for the India Automation Challenge 2025 – a prestigious part of Automation Expo 2025, held at the Bombay Exhibition Center.

To ensure a smooth, professional, and impactful event, all participants must adhere to the following rules and guidelines:

Attendance & Presence

  • Participation is mandatory for all 4 days of the exhibition
  • Teams must be present at their booths from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily – no exceptions.
  • Booths must not be left unattended at any time. Students must rotate breaks to ensure continuous presence.
  • No team may manage another team’s stall. Only registered team members are allowed at their own booth.
  • Each team must be accompanied by at least one faculty member or college-appointed staff throughout the event.
  • Any absence, early exit, or empty booth will result in disqualification and loss of all prize money for both students and their institution.

Conduct & Discipline


  • Participants must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
  • College ID cards must be visibly worn while inside the venue.
  • No disturbances or interference with other booths, exhibitors, or visitors will be tolerated.
  • Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.

Responsibility & Safety


  • Organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or incidents outside the premises.
  • Students must secure their personal belongings. The venue is a public space
  • Hazardous, flammable, or unapproved materials are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizing team.

Booth & Project Display


  • Booths must be neat, professional, and well-presented at all times
  • Students must be ready to explain their projects confidently to judges, visitors, and media.
  • Plagiarized, misleading, or offensive content (visual or verbal) is strictly not allowed.

Media, Judging & Awards


  • By participating, students and faculty consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
  • All judging decisions are final. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
  • Prize money and certificates will be awarded only if all participation conditions are fully met.
